By using CardBase TCG, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

CardBase TCG is a business management tool for trading card sellers, vendors, and shops. We provide tools to track orders, expenses, inventory, and sales data across multiple platforms.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others (each user requires their own account)
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Your data

You own your data. We do not claim ownership over any business data, orders, expenses, or other information you enter into CardBase TCG.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or sublicense access to the service

Financial data disclaimer

CardBase TCG is a record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. The accuracy of your financial records depends on the accuracy of data you enter. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax professional for guidance on your specific tax obligations.

Service availability

We aim to keep CardBase TCG available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Pricing and billing

During the early access beta period, the service is provided free of charge. Paid plans will be introduced with advance notice. You will always have the option to export your data before any billing begins.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

Limitation of liability

CardBase TCG is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify users of material changes via email with reasonable notice before they take effect.
